EcoRoof® Rubber Roof

The EcoRoof rubber roof is a unique roofing product. It is manufactured from old car tires that are ground up, they then have a coloring added before being injection molded to take the form of a cedar shake. The result of this creates a roof that truly resembles a cedar shake and is indestructible.

One of the real beauties of the EcoRoof is that it is fully walk able; it is moss resistant and is lightweight, in that there is no structural work needed on the home to accommodate this remarkable enviromentally friendly roofing system.

The ZipLok Roofing™ system is ideal for replacing a low slope Tar & Gravel roof or a steep slope roof. The real advantage of replacing a low slope tar and gravel roof is that it is a permanent solution as the metal roof will never need to be replaced again. This permanent solution combined with the fact that we are able to install a continuous vent right along the ridge which makes the home very much more comfortable, especially in the hot summer months.
