When Penfolds are invited to estimate a roof replacement we will inspect the existing gutters that are generally as old as the home which could be anywhere from 15 to 50 years old and even older at times. The purpose is to ensure that when Penfolds Roofing has completed the installation the home owner will have a trouble free "Roof As A System®" for many years to come.

In the customized proposal that Penfolds Roofing prepare for our customer a detailed scope of work and pricing will be provided at the same time as the roof replacement proposal is drawn up for the gutter system.

The proposal that is drawn up will include replacing the gutters and downpipes, if deemed necessary with a heavy duty replacement. At the same time we will specifically quote to enhance the entire system by:

1. Installing “debris free” gutter covers that prevents leaves and other big debris from entering the underground drainage system.

2. Installing “Easy clean outs” about 4 feet from
   ground level.
